Hey There!
So glad you're here. I hope you find what you're looking for as you embark on your healing journey.
My approach
I'm Lidea [sounds like Lydia, just spelled differently]!

My personal journey of migrating to the U.S. has given me a deep understanding of the complexities of navigating multiple cultures while exploring one’s identity. I know firsthand how the long-term social and emotional impacts of this experience can make it challenging to feel safe and authentic in who you are. Shame and guilt often surface during this self-discovery process, creating inner conflicts that feel overwhelming.

My goal is to help you cultivate self-compassion and work through those conflicts, empowering you to embrace a version of yourself that feels true and fulfilling. Together, we’ll identify the unhelpful patterns holding you back and develop a healthier, more empathetic perspective of yourself.

I am passionate about normalizing mental health conversations and creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your identity with curiosity, courage, and compassion. Supporting you every step of the way toward clarity, balance, and fulfillment.

get to know me
Outside of sessions, you'll find me working on the NYT word games [I have a love-hate relationship with Connections], doing a deep-dive on a show I just watched, or trying new activities to challenge myself!

I'm a Jill-of-all-trades and a forever student of life.

I love taking dance classes and diving into arts/crafts, like crocheting - my current obsession is doing my own hair and nails. I also enjoy reading [though my ever-growing stack of unread books tell a different story] and exploring different cultures through travel, food and languages.
